Reminders for week of 2/27/23

 Please be advised of the following:

*Dismissal on Friday is at 12 noon.

*Black History Month Presentations on Tuesday.  Please see school blog for schedule.

*Dr. Seuss' Day is on Thursday. The students can dress up as their favorite character from the Dr. Seuss' books.  Contest at 10am. 

*Grade 2 - continues Addition and Subtraction with digits up to 1000. Quiz Wednesday on Lessons 1 - 10.

*Grade 3 - begins Module 5 on Fractions.  Module 4 Assessment on Wednesday.

*Grade 4 - begins Module 5 on Fractions

*Grade 5 - continues Multiplication and Division in Fractions - Quiz on Wednesday on Lessons 1 - 12.

Update: All quizzes and assessments have been moved to next week.

Reminders for week of 2/20/23

Please be advised of the following:

*Daily dismissal time has been changed to 2:45pm.

*Title 1 dismissal will be at 4:30pm on your child's scheduled days.

*Ash Wednesday Mass will be at 10am.

*Students in grades 3 - 5 should continue to practice the multiplication skills.

*Students in Grade 2 should continue practice addition and subtraction with double digits.

*Please remember that students should read independently everyday for at least 20 minutes.

*All Students should have a book to read in school. 

Reminders for the week of 2/13/23

*The children will be having a Valentine's Day party on Tuesday.  They can wear red and dress up.

Please bring in $5 for pizza.  Please also bring the following to share with each other:

Choice of juice (Capri Sun, Minute Maid, etc) water  Skylar, Madelyn, Abigail, Rylan, Ally, Alejandro, Jeriel, Eric

Choice of cookies or donuts or cupcakes or chips  - Mattias,  Zoe,  Leo, Denise, Mariel, Andrew, Enrique, Sofia

*School is closed Wednesday, 2/15/23 and Friday 2/17/23.

*Thursday is 100th Day of school.  The children can dress as 100 years old.

*Gym this week will be on Thursday, 2/9.  Please wear gym clothes.

*Dismissal on Friday, 2/10, is at 12 noon.  There is no afterschool on this day.

*Parent-Teacher conference will be on Friday.  Please see below.
