Reminders for week of 5/1/23

 Please be advised of the following:

*Gym is on Thursday this week.

*Dismissal on Friday is at 12 noon.

*NYS Math Exam Tuesday and Wednesday.  Please make sure you have three #2 pencils as well as a book to read. 

*MAP testing begins next week.

Play Clothes Thursday

 The children can wear play clothes on Thursday.

Reminders for week of 4/24/23

 Please be advised of the following:

*Gym will be on Friday.

*Grade 3-5 will be prepping for the upcoming Math State Exam.

*Grade 2 - continue with foundations of multiplication and arrays.

Mass on Friday, 4/21/23

*Mass tomorrow is at 10am.  We will be celebrating the Baptism of some students as well as Reconciliation.  The students can wear their uniforms or dress -up clothes.  NO jeans or sneakers.

*NO After School on Friday.

Welcome Back!  I hope you had a restful Easter Recess.

Please be advised of the following:

*Due to the NYS ELA Testing schedule:  Gym for K-8 will be on Tuesday, 4/18.  

*Grade 2 will also have gym Wednesday & Thursday.  Please wear gym clothes for all 3 days.

*Report Cards will be distributed on Thursday after all testing has been complete.

*Mass on Friday is at 10am.

*Dismissal on Friday, 4/21 is at 12 noon.

 Please be advised of the following:

*Please bring in bags by Wednesday to store your child's school books for the Easter break. 

*Easter Break will start at dismissal on Friday. School will resume on April 17th.

*Gym is on Thursday.

*3rd & 4th Grade - Math quiz -Wednesday/Thursday

*5th Grade - Math Module 4 Assessment- Wednesday/Thursday

*The children will be having a party on Friday.  

Please bring in $5 for pizza.  Please also bring the following to share with each other:

Choice of juice (Capri Sun, Minute Maid, etc) water  Skylar, Madelyn, Abigail, Rylan, Ally, Alejandro, Jeriel, Eric

Choice of cookies or donuts or cupcakes or chips  - Mattias,  Zoe,  Leo, Denise, Mariel, Andrew, Enrique, Sofia

-Mass on Monday at 10am. 

--School is closed on Friday, 3/124

-Gym is on Thursday this week.

-Grade 3,4,5 have begun test prepping for the NYS exams.  Review work will be given to complete on weekends and reviewed  in class on Mondays.  

*Grade 2 - completes Addition and Subtraction with digits up to 1000. Module Assessment Wednesday.

*Grade 3 - continues with Fractions.  Quiz Wednesday.

*Grade 4 - continues with Addition Fractions with common denominators. 

*Grade 5 - continues Multiplication and Division in Fractions.
